Dear Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner:
Your participation in a clinical project is requested. This project is being conducted by Corvette V Yacoob, a doctoral student in the school of Nursing at Barry University. I am seeking information that will be used to develop a competency based assessment tool for family nurse practitioners.
If you decide to participate in this research, you will be asked to do the following: Complete a 9 item questionnaire that will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. If you choose to participate in this survey your participation is strictly voluntary and by completing the survey you imply consent to participate.
