Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Pediatrics / Primary Care

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
Pay range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other considerations.
Work Location: On-Site
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Some Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Experience Level: Experienced Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate is an experienced, intellectually driven professional passionate about providing excellent pediatric primary care. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Medical Director, administrative leaders, and clinical staff to support children’s health from infancy through adolescence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine well-child exams to monitor growth and development.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children using a shared decision-making approach with families.
• Collect and document complete medical histories, examination results, and treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage treatment, medications, vaccinations, and therapeutic interventions to address various pediatric health concerns.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to support diagnosis and care planning.
• Communicate clearly with parents/guardians regarding medical procedures, test results, and treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Develop medical care programs focused on mental and physical development for pediatric patients.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary.
• Provide expert consultation to other physicians and care team members.
• Complete reports required by government or healthcare organizations, including birth/death and disease statistics.

Requirements:

• Active and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida
• Specialization in Pediatrics and Primary Care
• Ability to commute to West Palm Beach
• Strong clinical acumen and a compassionate approach to pediatric care
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Must be fluent in Spanish
